Public poster session and panel discussion with citizens in Leipzig

On 18 September 2016, within the 50th Conference of the German Society for Psychology, a poster session with a subsequent panel discussion about "Die Energiewende vor meiner Haustür - Was kann Umweltpsychologie zum Gelingen der Energiewende beitragen? [The energy transition on my doorstep - What can environmental psychology contribute to the success of the energy transition?]"  was organized by our department at the University of Leipzig.

This public event offered a forum to interested citizens of Leipzig as well as of the region around Leipzig to discuss the challenges of the energy transition with researchers and political actors from the region.

The WBGU was founded in 1992, as an independent scientific advisory board for the conference in Rio.
