Overview

 

Inga Wittenberg works as a senior researcher at the Division of Social and Personality Psychology at the Otto-von-Guericke University since April 2017. Her research focusses on determinants of pro-environmental behavior. Previously, she worked at the Division of Environmental Psychology. There she investigated determinants of electricity consumption in residential households with photovoltaic systems.  

She studied Psychology at the University of Nantes (France) with focus on Social and Environmental Psychology. In the context of her PhD she investigated the participation of employees in sustainable development actions in organizations. As a research assistant at the University of Nantes, she worked on several projects concerning environmental research topics.
